Information you choose to provide
When you use the GPS Project Assistant or contact Grid Power Solutions, we may receive the project, facility, schedule and contact information you enter, together with photos, drawings or PDF files you choose to attach. We use this information to review, respond to and maintain records of your project inquiry.
Website analytics
If you accept optional analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve the website. It may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, traffic source and interactions with website features. We do not intentionally send the contents of your project description, contact information or uploaded files to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.
Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services at Google’s partner sites policy.
With the same analytics choice, we use Microsoft Clarity on public marketing pages to understand clicks, scrolling, navigation and usability through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replays. These replays reconstruct activity on our website; they do not record your camera or microphone. Clarity can use analytics cookies to connect visits. We do not enable advertising storage consent, send customer identities to Clarity or use its identity-linking feature. The project-assistant panel, including messages, contact details, summaries and attachment names, is explicitly masked from Clarity.
Microsoft processes website usage data according to the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use these tools to improve our website, not to identify individual prospective customers.
Cookies and choices
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept optional analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website, calling us or submitting a project inquiry. We store your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent these optional tools from loading even if a previous choice allowed them.
You can change your choice below. Withdrawing consent stops future collection on this browser and may reload the page to stop already-loaded analytics. It does not erase data already processed by the providers. You can also limit cookies in your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Necessary website features may still use browser storage.
How we use and share information
We use information to evaluate inquiries, communicate with prospective or existing customers, plan work, maintain business records, protect the website and improve our services. We may use service providers that host the website, transmit inquiry emails, store submitted files or provide analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably necessary for project evaluation, business records, legal obligations and security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information or unrelated sensitive personal records.
